Educating to Preserve: an investment in children

"Educating to preserve: an investment in children" was the interview that Prof. Lycia de Brito-Gitirana gave to the Centre of Health Science at UFRJ.

In that interview, Prof. Lycia talked about the aims of the project, the assistance to teacher as well as some of the achivements the project has reached.
When asked about the returning of knowledge to society, Prof. Lycia replied: "we cannot be isolated in our laboratories or classrooms, since University give us the opportunity to promote of campus social activities. In addition, through education, people recover their self-esteem and improve with the society"
