"Educating to preserve: an exercise of citzenship" participated in the Nacional Week of Schience and Thecnology

The National Week of Science and Technology occurred from October 18-24 with activities on UFRJ campus.
The proposed theme for this year was "Science for Sustainable Development".

Our goal was to develop scientific communication activities for students focusing on the fact that biodiversity is a constituent of the human being and is important for environmental preservation. Moreover, the exercise of citizenship is the basis for sustainable development. Among the activities, there was a play "The Anfifada and the Enchanted Charm" (based on the book), a photo exposition "Tome Contra-Tom" (The Shade and The Counter-Shade) as well as ludic games that focus on amphibians and their relationship with the environment. These strategies aim to show students the importance of man for environment preservation.
