Science for everyone

The project "Educating to Preserve: an exercise of citizenship" participated in the "Bio on the Street" at Quinta da Boa Vista in Rio de Janeiro, showing the photo exhibition "Tom e Contra-Tom" (The schade and the Counter-Shade), organized by students of Biological science at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Apart from seeing photographs of different species of amphibians, visitor could also get ludic material about amphibians and their relationship with the environment. It can be regarded as anoter tool to bring science clooser to the society.

The National Week of Science and Technology

On the first day of the activities of the Nacional Week of Science and Technology, there was a performance bases on the story "The Anfifada and the Enchanted Charm" for the children as well as a photo exhibition named "Tom e Contra-Tom" (The Shade and the Counter-Shade).
As a result, the children could learn a little about amphibians.
